if i do win, i will elect BC members as assistants and we will strategize and discuss before each and every game and put forth the best squad according to the scenario and get the best results.
my promise: improve rankings and win on a consistent basis, compete in every game with the limited resources we have.
Thanks Tonoy

Sigh, it seems as though I have to beat another no name team. BTW, how do you guys cook khichuri? I can't for the love of god get a good batch of khichuri. Boy does cooking suck. Can't wait until I go back to the dorm this fall.

He's not really close when you have outstandings with similar experience and age, my spinner doesn't get in.
Talents Slower Ball
Bowls Left arm Finger spin
Wage $3,856 Rating 32,219
Nationality Bangladesh Age 23
Form capable Fatigue revived
Experience reliable Captaincy poor
Endurance reasonable Training Bowling
Batting dreadful Bowling accomplished
Technique accomplished Power ordinary
Keeping atrocious Fielding ordinary
He's not in, will pop to expert bowling on Thursday.
It's not easy balancing skill and heaps of experience, generally it's one or the other. The tours will be tough to win 1 game with probably around 20k difference in ratings.
Good luck though.

thank you Turbz for your input.
you would know better since you have been there...
well, exactly, i wouldn't know because most of the National player skills are invisible so i saw his summary "expert" plus on top of that he had "doosra" talent. but i would have to compare him with the existing guys on the squad... thanks!
