Default Inquilab batting order perfect yet did not happen

Daily Inquilab's batting order now seems to be the perfect batting order for Bangladesh team for today's one day match, but it actually did not happen.

I am not saying that if Inquilab's batting order been maintained, then things could have been improved, but at the end of the day, when the match is over, reading the Inquilab's batting order now seems to be the better one. Which is:

1) Hannan
2) Rokon
3) Sumon
4) Pilot
5) Ashraful
6) Tushar Imran
7)Alok Kapali

Source: http://www.dailyinqilab.com/august7/pdf/s1.pdf

At the end of the match, the actual batting order was:

1) Rokon
2) Hannan
3) Ashraful
4) Sumon
5) Tushar Imran
6) Pilot
7) Alok Kapali

As for the match, it was 48 for the loss of 4 wickets inside 10 overs or was it actually within the first 8 overs (those 4 wickets were Rokon, Hannan, Ashraful and Tushar Imran) that DEMOLISHED Bangladesh's chance of showing any sort of FIGHTBACK

Default Batting order

I have faith on Pilot but he can't do this every match. However, in light of recent form, he could have pulled off the inquilab dream.

258 was a little bit too much for our boys as they haven' been playing too well lately. Still, not too unhappy with the 58 run loss. Hey, we managed to get back from 78 all out.

Hannan's debut wasn't too impressive but how many players do we know that have dream debut ? That's why it's called dream debut - it hardly comes true.

Default This time I think

This time in today's (8.8.02) Inquilab, the reporter has said that Sumon played for himself in the third one day match unlike other times when he usually plays for the team.

But I think this time Inquilab is wrong. Sumon did play for the team. If he had not stayed at the wicket for his fifty off over 90 balls, Bangladesh was heading for yet another 76 all out.

Default Sumon

If Sumon playing for himself helps us getting to 200, he should do it more often. He had two options, playing with Pilot and making sure the team gets past 100 and save the country from more humiliation OR join his team mates in the 'PLAY AS YOU WILL' contest.

Haven't played much cricket but whenever I played for myself, I used to try to just whck the ball, get a few quick runs and get out quick. On the other hand, when I played FOR the team, I was more cautious and played forever.
