There are several players who can be player of worldcup 2007. But we should remember that the player of the tournament would be playing semifinal at least.

australia has a good chance with ponting and hayden, england has flintoff and pietersen,Nz has Oram and Shanebond, Srilanka has Jayawardene and Sangakara,India has Tendulkar and Dravid, Pakistan has Inzamam and mohd yusuf, South africa has Kallis and Pollock,WI has Lara and Sarwan, Bangladesh has S Nafees, Mashrafee

i dont wanna talk about zim ken bermuda scot ireland and netherland....

there are some other players who can be cruical..i have not mentioned all name...

You missed alot of vital players in your list. I know that they were just suggestions but... Where's Aftab, Murali, McGrath, Jayasuriya, Ganguly and so on? They should be infront of Kallis and Hayden.

It's difficult to say who will we be player of the tournament, as some nations haven't even had a match yet. I'm predicting a batsman though, judging from WI pitches. Ponting I suppose, even though I wish it was someone else. When he's in 'bad form' he's still a challenge to tie down, now he's in superb nick and he's pretty much unstoppable.
