how do i upload a picture from my computer or internet

You need to upload the picture from your PC on to a free image host (google for the term). Then post the image url here in your post.

sorry to reply u late bro. To make is picture, i used Paint & Powerpoint, and MS word..(more of copy and paste) nothing creative.
