Swine Flu

I was ill for since two days then I went to hospital. They asked me to contact with NHS direct and I did. They said the symptoms I have is might be the cause of this Swine Flu and ask me to contact with my doc.. And finally I called to my GP and ask for prescription. My GP gave me Tamiflu and ask me for take rest for 7-10 days.

Pls pray for me as I will recover soon because I really feel bore to stay at home for 7-10 days.
If any body have any suggestion pls give me.

Hope you get better. I actually think that I had swine flu myself a few weeks ago, but it went away by itslef - couldn't be bothered to go to the doctor

. Someone in my class had swine flu, but he got better.

dont worry bro jus relax and stay home im sure you will be fine, its gna take a bit time i mean a weeks time to get well, i had it swine flue and i take those tamiflue tablets and now im fine so insallah you will be fine as well.

bunch of my friends got swine flue...as long as ur not old, immunocompromised, etc u should be fine after a week or so.

Make sure dont take any unnecessary jab...if this is suggested by your GP ask them about alternative treatments.

Take regular quick showers (3/4 mins) with lukewam water. This helps to keep internal and external body temperature in balance and drink adequate fluieds. Take half a spoon of Black Seed (Nigela Sativa) oil mixed with pure or organic honey once or twice a day. In fact, everyone should have honey and black seed oil regularly. Really great for the immune system.

Once again, get well soon, Insha Allah. Be patient and know that getting sick now and then isnt always a bad sign. In fact, it could be a sign of health! Also, spiritually speaking, it expiates some of our wrong doings (sins)!

i think you have had a close call.. take plenty of rest and just relax. drink a lot of fluids and eat fruits. best wishes.

Omio, get well soon. Take rest, maintain good hygene, eat healthy and take your medication on time. Contact the swine flu helpline should any more symptoms arise. May Allah grant you a speedy recovery.
