Shafiul Rubel combination to be dismissed
I demand elimination of Shafiul and Rubel from the playing XI.
Thesw two got pace, but not of good quality. Ever since Shafiul has been chosen for the team, BD hasnt won a single game. Nor Rubel, nor Shafiul has produced us any match winning spells. No wonder our pace attack is so poor. May they be dismissed from the team and focus in domestics

Keep both. Dismiss other off form players like Shahadat.

We once had a good bowling attack with Razzaq, Mash, Nazmul, Rasel, Rafique, all in form, who says we need express passssers

We need to focus on T20 for the moment. Bowlers like Rub and Shaf are not acceptable for this format

With the exception of nazmul, all of them have regressed through injury and other things. They are no longer what once they use to be. Specially Raj and Mash. Mo Rafique is one of my favorites but he will not be in the team that is the reality. Rasel, I still have hope but only for shorter version of the game as a third seamer in the team if the condition allows that.
What we need is instead of discarding Shafiul and Rubel, teaching them how to bowl better. More and better coaching not discarding.

Why didn't you mention the T20 in the opening post or poll question? All the confusion would have been eliminated.
I thought you were discussing about all formats. Most of us are not mind readers you know. I would have voted for Shaiful only then.
And that is why the poll shows 4-1 in favor of keeping both.

We should keep them both, at least around the national team if not in the actual games. They need a level of coaching they wont get if theyre allowed to bounce around in domestic cricket. I'm really looking forward to see who our next bowling coach will be (really hoping its not Ramanayake)...

from the few matches i saw shafiul play, he seemed like a hard working player and more focused than many of our cricketers. that guy can only get better with proper guidance and coaching.
rubel also seemed to have quite a bit of potential. he only needs coaching and training to be consistent.

rotation system! reall we need to get pacers like subashis, sajidul, robin around international cricket as well. i didn't see any of the recent test series but from what i heard rubel bowled some pretty good spells, shafiul showed some impressive bits and pieces against india so i don't think we should discard them but i do think we need to get a good group of pacers in the national camp and we need to give them proper coaching. this means getting coaches like andy roberts, waqr younis, wasim akram, troy cooley etc. it doesn't have to be a long term thing, hire them out for a couple of weeks every few months if that's the only way you can get them.
the other thing is to get them bowling against quality batsmen, if BCB cared enough they could help their players find teams to play for in stronger competitions, doesn't have to be state, province or county, could just be a really strong club/grade competition, it's better than nothing.
without improving the domestic infrastructure all they can do is get better quality coaches and send players off to play better quality opposition. but back on topic, it's true rubel and shafi haven't produced match winning spells, but they've have bowled some terrific spells, hopefully when mash comes back his quality and experience will give BD that little extra thing that makes the pace unit click.

Discard whover does not perform and bring in someone brand new to replace. Let our players figure it out, no training is needed. We will stay forever but where? Right at the starting piont. It is a Very Good Idea!!!

So? Is that your entire reasoning? That doesn't prove anything. Voted to keep them both and the results speak for themselves. You can argue whatever you want, but at least back it up with some form of reasoning.
