nice post Zee....I still believe the Tigers will emerge as a much better team in the coming years. The thing is, selectors need to stop making too many experiments/changes with the batting order. Also, they should select players according to the game formats.
Batsmen bhaiera...please Allah-er waaste wicket gift kore diye asha komiye din. We'll do even better in any match that way.

Look at the amount of Tests we played from 02-04. Then some rajakar came along and started to cut us short! 29 in first 4 years, 21 in last 4. 2010 looks the worst. I guess we and the rest of the world expected our team to do lot better than 0-7. I don't want to make an excuse saying, "well it's because we'd only played 3 matches the year before that..." but honestly it did play a part. It's not as bad as it looks. We did compete, and our avg is proof of that.
And hate how these CI stats don't have bowling stats included in these. Goes to show how batting-friendly this game is..

Thanks. I might have posted it before, in that case mods please feel free to merge it.
Of course 2009 ODI year is our "annus mirabilis" (if there is any) with a W/L ratio of 2.80 but that was full of Zimbabwe matches.

2009 had the series against the weakened West Indies side and numerous matches against Zimbabwe. Still looks good though

Much better. T20: we picked up 19 wickets in one match? Wait, all the wickets seem wrong. Am i missing something?

Yeah I filtered the Overall/Aggregate option. Good catch. Sorry.
