Hey guys, the ice bath is alive and well and has been used the whole time I was there under Grant Luden! Please remember Grant is the fitness coach (not this Viren Singh) so decides on recoveries. Viren is replacing Michael Henry to patch up injured players and treat them, so is really quite back room.

He has a good working knowledge of other sports, and unlike Michael, comes with a vast amount of experience. It was Michael Henry's first job I believe having been trained as a physio by Jamie Siddons' wife.

The staff is almost complete except for the bowling coach I believe.

I feel sorry that Julien wasn't retained and I hope they make a good choice to replace me.

Given how Ian has often said a bowling coach needs to do technical work with bowlers (just refer to his recent post on Geoff Lawson) and Prasad is a self confessed "mental adviser" type, we can conclude what Ian probably thinks of that news but cannot for reasons of diplomacy say ...
