That's how Shakib scores runs and that's how he gets out. As long as he can maintain his averages near or above 35 in all versions of the game, I have nothing to complain.

Cool Mushy!!! You have a long way to go. You have to score another 130+ runs together with your tail end mates.

Bad shot, Shakib. There wasn't enough room for the cut. Also, the ball was not short enough.

if Imrul and Tamim had made a decent opening stand, then we would have been in strong position.

Mpofu to Shakib Al Hasan, OUT, pitched up close to off, and he has the reward right away, not very full for the drive, but not short as well, Shakib was caught half-forward and tried to carve it away even as the angle was taking it past him, and edged it through to Taibu, Mpofu and Price do a little jig as they celebrate, they know how big a wicket this is

He leaved those all the day, and was too close to his body to slash. Most importantly it was new ball, he should have wait more to make bowlers toil hard. He just carried away with his good palying so far.

See off the ball! That takes intelligence, sir!

Anyway, Viv Richards is nobody in front of our stars.
