Please improve cricket infrastructure facilities before pointing towards cricketers

Our infractructure is too poor to play good cricket.That's why Age level players struggles in bigger format.But in other countries,things are different.BCB are more concerned about grouping,disciplinary issues of players rather than improving facilities.
