Cricket academy to see light on November 1

A cricket academy, set up by two former cricketers with a vision to develop the game from the grassroots level by hunting talents, will go into operation from November 1 at the Abahani ground at Dhanmondi.

Minhazul Abedin, who is eyeing his Test debut when West Indies come here next month, and Shahidul Alam Ratan have set up the academy.

Hunting talents? From the 5000/month tuition paying students?

Good luck finding talents from rich kids only.
