কিন্তু অনন্যোপায় শেন জার্গেনসেন। প্রথম টেস্টে কাঁধের পুরনো ব্যথা মাথাচাড়া দিয়ে ওঠায় রুবেল হোসেনকে দ্বিতীয় টেস্টে খেলানোর উপায় নেই। অপরিবর্তিত পেস আক্রমণ নিয়ে পরপর দুটি টেস্ট খেলতে না পারার হতাশা আছে শেন জার্গেনসেনের, 'প্রথম টেস্টে দারুণ বোলিং করেছে রবিউল ও রুবেল। কিন্তু দুর্ভাগ্য যে রুবেলকে খেলাতে পারছি না। অনেক দিন হলো ইনজুরির কারণে পরপর দুই ম্যাচ একই বোলারকে খেলানো যাচ্ছে না।' হারারের উইকেট দেখে বাংলাদেশ কোচের মনে আরেকটি আক্ষেপও আছে, 'আমি নিশ্চিত এই উইকেটে সফল হতো মাশরাফি। দিনে ১০-১২ ওভারও যদি বল করতে পারত, তাহলে ম্যাচের চেহারা পাল্টে যেত। ওর বোলিং এবং নেতৃত্বগুণ দলকে জাগিয়ে তুলত।'

Dont pick players who are not willing to work hard, learn and improve. Rx8 will have to be sold. Selectors should take blame here. Listen to the academy coach, listen to the NT coach, listen to the captain. Select deserving players willing to work, listen and learn. I just dont understand the rationale in choosing guys like Shahadat, Shahriar Nafees etc who despite all their chances let us down time and time again.

apparently we shout for them that they are not getting good facilities but we are wrong. The Robiul case is example. if he can improve himself with so minimum resources then all the national players should do the same. they simply don't have enough desire and motivation to get better like we have seen in mash.

Although that being said my coach was a gentle giant at first and to all seniors he was soo nice but when we failed he became a monster and very verbally influential and made us do 3x the training and drills we did.

Yes JS may not be right person to lead and as I said many times, i am looking for end result ... and a bad performance against ZIM is not acceptable end result at all... so I am ok if he is sacked after bad ZIM series (if it end up that way).

But the problem we have with our team didn't started with his hiring nor will it stop by sacking him that is my biggest fear. Example:

1. Superstars/Senior players didn't played like one and didn't looked like they care. is it the first time it happened? Actors changed a bit, but the role remains thesame. Its age old problem for us.

2. Captain playing too conservatively specially when we got some wickets. Except for Sakib,we have these problems for almost all the captains under different coaches ....strict or not.

3. After winning the toss, not taking the right decision i.e. to bat or to bowl first. Is it new problem for us?

4. Bad fielding and dropping catches. Except for few breif time period recent time our fielding and dropping cactches were always a big problem.

5. Players (specially senior players) not listening to the coach. Is it Js induced problem? I remember couple of past coaches complained about that.

6. Wrong team (of 11) is selected to play. Again we need to go to past threads under any HC to find those complains from our fan base.

So yes... I have no problem sacking JS, but can anyone promise me that those issues will be resolved by changing the head coach? if you promise me that these will be resolved, then I am with you ... I want JS's head.... sack him.
