So will the DPL clubs be allowed to sign foriegn players or only bangladesh international players playing in each team? I mean its a waste of time and money if our batsmen face our pace bowlers (Worse in the world domestically and internationally) no?. I would be happy if atleast we get few foreign players e.g. pace bowlers so atleast our pace bowlers can learn. I like many are very worried about our bowling department even if the batters set a target of 200+ I will be really scared knowing only our bowlers can make such targets look small.

why not just go back to having the divisional teams playing each other. decrease the player salary caps and don't invite too many unnecessary international players. This way we will have a professional looking t20 league with 8 teams and all our domestic players will get a chance to shine. 4 teams league looks embarrassing because with BPL we built some pride.

Media briefing on Victory Day T20 competition

The four-team Victory Day Twenty20 competition is expected to commence from 22 December 2013. Matches will be held in Sylhet and Dhaka. A media conference has been arranged in connection with the tournament tomorrow (Friday, 20 December) at the press conference area, SBNCS Media Block at 11:30am.

BCB President Nazmul Hassan, MP will be present at the media briefing.

True and with four teams the pace bowling department of all the teams are very weak, especially in BCB Red where there is hardly any proper pacer.
