Running between the wickets
If you only practice at the nets and not play enough domestic cricket....bound to happen.
Anamul - F
Tamim - F
Riyad - F
Mushifiq - FFF
Shakib - D
All other openers - F.

Scots missed a lot of run out chances yesterday. You are not going to get away like that against better oppositions.

yeah maybe this game Mushy wasn't running well between wickets but he is our best runner between wickets alongside shakib. Nasir isn't far behind and also mominul is pretty good at it as well

Major weakness. Disappointed the coach has not addressed it.
The issue is more lack of confidence, lack of practice than fitness (Of course for Tamim its a combination of all).
We cannot take quick singles. We cant convert 1's to 2's. And 3's are so rare.
Considering it is such a big issue, i hope BCB can bring in Michael Bevan on a consulting assignment-after the WC. From what i ve read, we ve been in touch with Bevan, and even wanted to bring him on board before WC. He could have come in handy.

There was a passage of play that Tamim and Riyad were turning over the strike quite well.
Shakib's career SR just topped 80

How can one take off running (1) not knowing where the ball is and (2) his partner is screaming "NO"?
Luckily the fielder missed it and he survived. Had he gotten out, he had no one to blame but himself. In the process... it could have been disaster for BD.

And then it all fell apart. Seemed like Riyad wanted to get out.
This method of net practice needs modification.

I think a lot of this is attributable to lack of quality match practice.
