After the 1st hour of play, I must say that West Indies have been very disciplined with their bowling. Pressure from the bowlers and field settings.
Pujara on 6 off 31 balls..he's batting like a tortoise.

Damn!! Gabriel is really bowling with some ferocity.
Quote:

Gabriel to Pujara, no run, well done, and a collective "ooh" from the West Indies team as the back of a length ball rises past Pujara's gloves and into the keeper's gloves.

1st session done and dusted. India are 72/1 after 27 overs. Shikhar batting on 42, Pujara on 14. The partnership for the 2nd is 58. Gabriel 7-2-18-1
Surprise that Chase bowled so many overs upfront instead of the specialist spinner Bishoo. I hope to see him first thing after lunch

As predicted, Bishoo starts the first over after lunch and gets rid of Pujara immediately. Good wicket that for the West Indies.
India are 74/2 in the 28th over.

Bishoo to Pujara, OUT, perhaps that's why people were calling for him. Coming back into Test cricket, and picks off Pujara with a short ball. Sometimes this game is easy, isn't it? The batsman saw a rank delivery and wanted to smash it, but in his eagerness, he played too early. Leading edge, near the bottom of the bat, lobs over to point's waiting hands.

CA Pujara c KC Brathwaite b Bishoo 16 (67b 0x4 0x6) SR: 23.88
Kohli bhai enters the crease.

Virat is looking in good touch at the moment. He has been his useful busy self at the crease. Running hard between the wickets, putting pressure on the bowlers, respecting the good deliveries and punishing the bad ones.

for Kohli bhai. Absolute genius. As much as I want him out, I want to see him going on for a massive score.
12th century in Tests for him

Damn, Kohli is like a machine, just watched some highlights. If not for him the Indian batting lineup would struggle to put up a total like this.

Ashwin making a case to be the world's number 1 all rounder. He is 2 away from his 3rd Test century...surprisingly, both of his previous 100 came against the windies.
