Nunnu is Minhazul Abedin Nannu bhai of ours...one of our first test batsmen, openers...Some of us used to call him Nunnu (Noonnoo bhaiya)...purely out of genuine affection.
We are from Brahmanbaria district of Bangladesh...when we have new born infants in the family or amongst our neighbors or friends, we say, " Oohh Abuiddha (the innocent, the infant), soos soo kore disey rey amar koley...Domkol bahini...lengut (diaper) bhija...etc etc.
