This is something our players really can capitalize on. Running faster between the wickets will yield more runs.

At this stage and evolution of the game, extraordinary fitness to prepare for them for this type of peak sprinting should be given not a luxury.

We really need to consider not what would our players have to do to be superfit, rather what would they do if they were already superfit?

This is how you stay ahead of the game.
