Cut them some slack. It's clearly not easy bowling and fielding in the first innings in such a hot and humid condition. Mash was in particular clearly struggling.

This is a record eighth-wicket partnership for Afghanistan record in ODIs.

Bravo Bangladesh.

More and more I look at Mash's face more I feel this is not the type of weather where you want to play something such as ODI, let alone Test.

TBH someone asked about the fatigue of playing 2 consecutive days.......... well they do plays 5 days of cricket. Sometimes batsman and bowlers have to be out for consecutive days

Actually Mash is just leaking and he did not get a wicket yet.

Very demoralizing stuff.

Disgusting captaincy. Simply Awful! Why they dont bowl Riyad I have no idea.
They should have all out under 200, and now this! Simply terrible bowling choice.
I hope he learnt something today. If we lose it will be all captains fault.

Why did Mashrafee do the last over??

I remember he did a similar over for Kolkata Knight Riders!!!! This was a bit of arrogance from him.

He should have used the spinners

Still it is very demoralizing. Losing to Afg at any stage is very poor.

Heat has got to his head. He was not thinking. He was sleeping in the field.
What a way to ruin the certain win

We could have continue with spin. Change of space allowed them to score freely. Shame we could not take last two wickets and allow them to score what they feel comfortable to defend. Congratulations to Afghanista, they fully deserve a victory from here and so called "momentum " is also on their side now.

Mash has let us down today, big time.
How can you be so clueless after all these years?

Once mash had bowled 5 overs, that should have been it. Mullah and Moninul already bowled 5 overs between them, so Mash's overs wouldn't have been missed. So yeah, he could have taken a samrt decision and used Rubel and Rony for the death overs.

Now we will see how good the hype boy Shanto really is. And also, if Mominul has improved in ODIs or not.
