I think Ebadat deserves a shot in the test team. If not in the XI, at least he deserves to be chosen in the squad ahead of useless Shafiul.

Great tournament, still showing the value of experience in longer format. Few youngsters can be proud of their performance like Ebadat, Mahedi, Yasir.

Both Ebadat and Abu Jayed made strong cases for themselves to be included for NZ tour. Medium pacer Shahidul Islam also deserves a look.

Mahedi seems like another genuine allrounder that may be very useful for the national team.

Abu Jayed is one of our top pacers in tests in BD, so it goes to show that we shouldn't have dropped him in the first place. Ebadat has been consistent for some time now.

Yasir Ali deserves a proper look in at this point in time over Mithun Ali.
