Default BD spinners in scrutiny?

Seems like the next ICC series looks like a trial case for all sorts of ICC goodies. First we have the new cameras which will give the umpires an audio link of any nicks, and I mean instantaneously. Next we will have the more important 3d animation of the bowlers actions.
Also, a good time to bring on the spinners and throw them in the lion's den? well why not? how worse can it get?

Already Rafique and Razzak is mentioned here.

The process will continue until the latter stages of the Champions Trophy in September. By that time the ICC hopes to have analysed the actions of as many as 15 spinners from 12 Test teams in an attempt to answer cricket's million-dollar question: what constitutes a chuck?
Twelve under microscope:
Muttiah Muralitharan
Off-spinner, Sri Lanka

Harbhajan Singh
Off-spinner, India

Shoaib Malik
Off-spinner, Pakistan

Abdur Razzaq
Left-arm spinner, Bangladesh

Ashley Giles
Left-arm spinner, England

Daniel Vettori
Left-arm spinner, New Zealand

Shane Warne
Leg-spinner, Australia

Chris Gayle
Off-spinner, West Indies

Mohammad Rafique
Left-arm spinner, Bangladesh

Sanath Jayasuriya
Left-arm spinner, Sri Lanka

Upul Chandana
Leg-spinner, Sri Lanka

Collins Obuya
Leg-spinner, Kenya

Ok. Name one major spinner who is not under scrutiny?

As long as Murali can bowl, and my opinion is he doesn't pelt, Razzak raz and Rafique have perfectly alright bowling action and their bowling action even doesn't qualify for scrutiny. Period.

Actually they are not under scrutiny, rather, part of a research.

ICC's 'degrees of tolerance', specially the slow bowlers part, has been under fire lately. Even a formal demand for revision in place.

Many felt that while research with the fast bowlers were done earlier, it was not adequate for the slow bowlers.

How about fast bowlers? ICC stops checking on them or something. It simply doesn’t seem fair to me.
