why bring changes in this combination? This team played good cricket in the first test. Why people are so eager to drop shahadat or enamul? Shahadat bowled well he intimidated the aussies and got the aggression as well.Enamul didn't got many wickets but dropping him won't be a good idea where chittagang pitch will be slow as well. So no more changes please. Let the guys enjoy their game.
If you wana do any good to our cricket then suggest something that would prevent the second innings collapse.

if enamul is out...3 pacers: mash-rajib-russel
there should be no doubt about that...if there is, one must question our selectors gillu.
if we go with the trio (God, it feels great to say that at last), should russel open since he struggles bowling with the new ball? rajib can be first change. plus we would maintain our left-right opening combo.
thoughts?

don't know how the wicket will behave. if it helps the pace bowler then we should go with rajib, mash and rajib

That will be a real bad decision. Seamers will make aussies life easy. We need at least two spinners to take the main load of bowling. I would prefer Rana over RazzaQ but Razzaq ia also fine.
If we bowl with 3 pacer and 1 spinner aussies rr will be 4.5 at least.

News TV news: Enamul has injured his finger. He's a suspect today. Team will wait till the last minute for him before declaring the playing IX. Hope enamul makes it. He's a match winner.

How true the information that the wicket is pacer friendly? It would be really dangerous for us. And does anybody know about real weather (I mean the true weather forecast for this test. I don't want to believe in yahoo weather).

Traditionally Chittagong wicket is pacer friendly but that was the wicket of M A Aziz stadium. This time test will be played in Divisional Stadium which has hosted only one test against Srilanka. Its difficult to comment dpending on that single test. I think the wicket will be similar like Fatullah.

Don't be crazy man, why do we need to change the XI? And changing Shahadat for Rassel .... that's very funny. Have you been waching the games or just reading the newspaper for scores?!?! Rassel do not even come close to Shahadat in test ... Shahadat is a far better material. One day may be a different story...

According to pointing this pitch will take more spin than the one in Dhaka but according to CI and other sources it'll be more pacer friendly as well.

Mitchell Johnson is higly rated by the aussies and according to cricinfo 'Mitchell Johnson is Australia's most exciting fast-bowling prospect since Brett Lee first dyed his roots. He's quick, he's tall, he's insanely talented, but most of all, he's a left-armer'.
He has played only two ODI and still wicketless with economy rate 7.66. I do not thin such an inexperienced new ball bowler will be successful in a very unfamiliar sub continent wicket.
Another very important thing is if we want to convey the sign of progress to the world cricket we have to play well against any bowler who is playing international cricket. No point being afraid before playing anyone.

well yes, rasel IS pretty bad with the old ball, but then he better get used to bowling with the shine off, cuz with his lack of pace and shahadat coming up, he will be at best a first change bowler in the long run.

the only problem here is that we don't have someone good enought o be able to bother the aussies other than rafique or enamul. if one of them is sitting out, i don't know how well whoever it is that is brought in will do.

I heard that Australian players were given a traditional chatgayia dinner containing shutki with lots of green chilli in it…
Hoping for a good burnout in the morning…..

I am looking forward to a dream start for our boys. Win the toss, go for bat and BANG! Last night I dreamt that 3 of our batsmen scored century...eewww! The rest of the dream was pretty erratic...or bet I would end up dreaming of a win.
