New Video: Gulistan Jatrabari massive flyover
Hi,
Like I often record and share in this forum, here is a new recording for all of you. The bridge looks well done actually and quite useful while you are leaving Dhaka for south Bangladesh or even North Bangladesh as I saw exits from the bridge directly for Shylet. Anyway, hope you enjoy it.
Please drop a like, and share , thanks.

How come I don't recognize Dhaka?
1) No traffic, must be kidding.
2) What city is this again?
3) Who is Nadeem?
4) Is this toll road?
Well done.

Early morning Dhaka city is among my absolute favourite places. Especially when driving out of town. Thanks for the video.

So Mav you're Rigent2010. You've got some good videos on you're channel. What happened to the Tamim one you uploaded in 2010? I enjoyed that video.

Yah thanks, i deleted them, I used to edit a lot of cricket videos. But because of copyright issues i deleted them, to be on the safe side. I generate revenue from this channel as i get views and click on the ads, so decided to follow google rules which is - videos must be solely mine.
So now I am uploading roadtrips in USA and Dhaka, and my music related videos and some random interesting videos.

Keno mufi shuru korba naki.. start a bangla channel.. telling humayun ahmed golpo bro...
I think per 1000 views you get 1 cent... Mav can confirm.
You need to have million views frequently to quit your day job and make significant money imo.

It can't be that low. 100k views is considered good for amateur videos and all this for a dollar? too low.

A range of earnings estimates for each channel was provided by YouTube analytics company SocialBlade. Its estimates are placed within upper and lower limits, based on their daily views multiplied by a low cost-per-thousand impression advertising (CPM) rate of $0.60 and a high rate of $5. The range is wide to account for differences in the type of ad (including kinds of banner ads and pre-roll) and brand value. These estimates also assume that every video is monetized, which is not always the case.

I still think you have to have significant amount of subscriber to make a decent amount of money... I am talking about multi million views....
so your scenario above, 100k views wiht upper pay out of 5 dollars per CMP gives you 500 bucks... you can have good income if you have dedicated followers...ie let's say 200k subscriber, gives you 1000 dollars a video.. make 2 videos a week.. and you are rich?

Hi idumb and Mufi,
It really depends. I have about 200 videos and I get over 1000 views everyday, but making revenues really depends on a lot of issues -
The biggest chunk comes if anyone clicks on the AD that is shown on or before the actual video starts. Almost 95% viewers skip them but if I get 5 clicks out of 1000 views, I can get a $0.20 to $0.50 on that click based on how long is the ad and what company the Ad is from, because remember, The ad company pays google and google just gives a share to youtube users because they are showing the ad on my video (my solely created video, no reuploads, no music of others), so the bigger the brand the better.
And you start getting bigger brand Ads on or before your videos based on how popular your videos get which is determined by likes, views and share.
If you dont click, but at least watch the entire ad before the video, that also contributes roughly $0.05 to $0.10. This is the 2nd biggest contributor.
Other than that, just watching a 5 min video will generate between $0.01 to $0.05 cents, again depending on the popularity. But if you do the math, with 200 videos I have and over 1000 views on weekday ( more on weekends), it's not bad by the end of the month.
Google is also very clever on tracking ip addresses, so no clicks count from wherever i logged in even once on youtube and also if i ask a friend, and unusual clicks on ad happens, no revenue.
I hope you both will follow me on youtube Thanks.
