LOL I didn't understand the question properly. I thought it's from the perspective of the player who got dropped. So the dropped player, if it's the case of Razzak, Nasir, or Reza, should be thinking that management made the right decision. However if Sabbir gets dropped, then obviously management and captain screwed up.
