Default I need help:Does amazon.com ship its products to BD?

Guys,I need some help.I want to buy a touchscreen mp5 player, but the problem is that they are very rare and expensive in Bangladesh.I browsed amazon.com and found out a cool mp5 player that costs only 57 dollars, the same thing which costs Tk.15000 in BD.I wanted to order it,and when i was filling up the address form, besides many other countries Bangladesh was also labelled on the "country" bar.But most of the people i asked are saying that amazon.com ships its products to only some selected countries, which doesnt include bangladesh,so I'm confused and would be glad and thankful if u guys help me out.

Never tried amazon.com to Bangladesh, but I have successfully shipped items from amazon.co.uk to Bangladesh before (usually takes a month or two to get there). However, they were books and music CDs/DVDs. I don't think you should risk ordering more "useful" or "attractive" items by international post into Bangladesh. Customs গায়েব করবে ...

I say, check the shipping cost and everything. You may just be convinced to just get it from BD.

Yea, with shipping and everything, deal will not look to good. You could always ask if any family is coming from abroad to pick it up for you?

Do you work for FedEx/UPS?

I once had to send my cousin's husband some stupid car display thing. The damn thing cost about $12, but FedEx said $60 to ship it to BD. Fortunately, my roommate at the time worked for FedEx and got 75% discount on intl shipping. So sent the crap for $15... they got it in like 3 days.
