1st of all sbsash welcome to bc since i never welcomed you,btw i think you are the second youngest in the forum as you took my place and now im 3rd lol,but i dont mind i like it,anyways bro you should try to stop posting lots of threads for now and start posting quality posts because when you are new you dont know everyone one in the forum so most likely you will have a hard time at the first few days specially if you are opening lots of threads , please dont get hurt i'm just saying it for your good.

i say 1800 = (6 X 300 maximum possible legal deliveries) and also hoping the australian bowlers don't mess up and give away any extras, if they do it's okay, we won't count them - those are doodhbhat! with ponting in the hospital, i don't know how the australians gonna chase that!!!

disclaimer: no reason to get all tense and angry, no insult or joke intended here on our tigers or the australian team! we all know we are gonna take one match at a time, play one ball at a time and try to play our best cricket!

and also may Allah fix ponting's wrist and make him healthy again!

How about one run more than what Aussies can muster. That should be our target. No?

If the pitches assist bowlers and Aussies can only get 100, then 101 should be enough. Same thing if the pitch is a batting paradise and the Aussies get 420 runs then 421 should be enough.

If we bat first any run should be fine. Even a 86 all out is a good total if we can get them all out by 85.

Having a target before a series looses focus of the game. That is WINNING. Now if our target is to gaining experience, still learning the basics of the batting and having fun, then 200 seems to be very reasonable.

It was 200 in Kitply & pak Series, It was 240 in Asia Cup. Would be interesting how much JS thinks BD is worth against Aus. I think He will go back to 200.

But he will be more busy counting the compensations he might get from CA, than fixing some realistic score.

200 is a meager total and UAE(Innit BanFan) can even muster that at their best. There is no point having that mentality if the main aim of a cricket match is to win. I know the boys are trying to improve but at the same time they should go for the right balance and play competively and aggressively bit also defend and go for singles. Sri Lanka are masters at that.

100-150 runs per game! batsmen should look to score 10-15 runs and bowler's should look for atleast 0 to 1 wickets
