cricket 2005

just got EA sports cricket 2005 on PC.

just thought i would tell you about it.

bowling is easy once you figure out the line and length. except in the last 3-4 overs you will get slogged for 15 an over regardless.

batting is hella hard. still haven't mastered it.

many of the new faces are missing from our team. aftab, nazmul and some others, strangely enough, have their names programmed into the game but they dont exist as players. but you can create players.

strangely rajin is rated as a much better batsmen than ashraful.

I have played Cricket 2005, the graphics are terrible. Brian Lara Cricket (on PS1) 6 years ago had much better graphics and gameplay. Too bad there hasn't been a followup version of it

BLC 2005 is way better than Cricket 2005.

EA Cricket 2005 has lots of bugs. My friend found a way to bowled out any Computer team in 0 run (all of them bowled out by Khaled Mahmood

i haven't played BLC, so, i don't know about that. but after playing previous veriosn of fifa cricket games, i'd say Cricket 2005 is the best and graphics are much better than previous versions. they improved gameplay a lot too. unlike cricket 2003, where u could hit 6 out of every ball, here you have to play your shots judging the type of the ball and bowler. timing plays a vital part in cricket 2005.

Just last month BLC released new version..you can download the demo from codemasters' website...Its the best cricket game for sure..

i just saw the screen shots for BLC 2005...the graphics look much cheaper than EASC 2005.

I think you should visit www.planetcricket.net . It is the best place for cricket games. cricket 2005 is full of annoying bugs,like fields man are too fast,. bowling is easy. in planetcricket you will find all the patches you need to make this game interesting. I will get real bats. TV overlays, updated kits and many things.
