Your team, planning and strategy against WI to fight back.
Now we ll play at home.Very few time left but lot of adjustment neede. We need to fight back.So mates lets have some brain storming about team combination, wickets, and strategy against WI.
For fight back we need to reinstall our reputation so need to win the ODI series and atleast one draw/win in a test.

We need to make a pitch that suits these two players: Tamim & Gayle (if he plays). I wanna see fireworks.

Strategies for test:
1.Target atleast one draw/win.No way but to help our weak batting line up anyhow. So i want a batting flat wicket with some spin.
2.We ll have to handle WI pace attack well so good top order need with players who can handele pace well.
3.Definately we ll target to dismantle them by our spin.So desperately need to rearrange our spin attack.

^^ The difference is that Gayle is likely to sustain those outbursts to a century or more while Tamim will only get to 50/60 before holing out/edging/getting bowled.

^ Yeah plus their batting line up will pile on 500, while our's get bowled out for 250-280.

Your wish will be full fill.I dont see anyway other than making a batting wicket in test series. But in ODI it should be a slow spin friendly wicket, which we made against NZ.

Re point 2, Besides learning how to handle pace, we'll need to practice against leg spin as well. Bishoo has been even troubling the Indian batsmen who are traditionally strong against spin.
Re point 3, I really hope that we get in our own leg-spinners for the ODIs. Alok Kapali or even Nur Hossain?

As most of our batsman are left handed will it be tough for our batsman to handle west indian legspin?

Some thoughts about the test team:
1.Need a solid partner for Tamim
2.#3 is still on the air.
4.Who should play at #4?Will it be wise to have a debut for Shuvagoto as #4?
5.Desperately need a good spinneq partner for Shakib

I think our batsmen struggle against any kind of bowling that they are not accustomed to i.e. anything that is not SLA and medium pace trundling. In fact, they even struggled against Benn, probably because he bowls his SLAs from an exceptional height!

West Indies have two leg spinners, Bishoo and Martin. Benn the sla so turning wicket will hurt us more than them. Their batsmen play fast bowling better than our batsmen. So the plan would be making sporting wickets and hope our batsmen won't try to get out.

Our batsman are very weak in test cricket.IMO we have no way but to offer a wicket with lot of runs to our batsman to save the tests. We need to remember that after the loss of test in Zimbabwe our test performance will be under survilance by ICC.Atleas one or two draw can save our back.

Tamim vs Gayle
Gayle should win ( with the help of our bowlers ) he is too good.

^Gayle does not need any help from bowlers. He is that good.
But did he settle all the spats between him and WICB?

But if he gets a ton our bowlers will make sure he makes it a triple.

Make a pitch similar to the Bulawayo one with more in it for the pacers.

The team:
1.IQBAL
2.NAFEES
3.SIDDIQUE
4.ASHRAFUL
5.RAHIM (w)
6.ALOK
7.SHAKIB(cap)
8.MAHMUDULLAH
9.NAEEM
10.RUBEL
11.SHAHADAT
12.RAZZAK
13.SHOBHAGOTO
14.SHAFIUL
15.KAYES/NASIR
Thats the 15 with the starting 11. We have genuine Batsmen right to no.9 as u see its batting strong team. But due to more lhbs in the windies team, we'll need Legspin(alok),offspin(mahmudullah, naeem). Shakib the sole sla, and 2 seamers.
PITCH: It should be dusty and hard..any hint of even dead grass totaly scraped-off, pure batting friendly for the 1st 2days and will breakup for lethal spin for the last 3days to our benefit. If we utilize these favorable conditions, Windies regardless of with or without Gayle will comedown. This would've been my team-strategy...

One area of weakness (identified in the last series) that needs work:
Our left-handers must improve their game against pace from round the wicket. Tamim/Imrul/Nafees/Shakib - all of them seem to have difficulty playing the moving ball from round-the-wicket.

Opening partner for Tamim will be a major issue in the tests will be a major issue. In tests neither SN,Imrul or Junaid is fit to accompany Tamim.I am looking for some one new.I am thinking about JAHURUL
.But any one of this 3 lefti can be considered as #3 batsman.

Major concern:
1. Opening Batsman to partner Tamim
2. Batsman at no. 3
3. Power Play specialist
4. Pace Bowler capable of new ball breakthroughs
The Tiger cup tournament before the WI series could address all the above problems and we could pick the best performers for the national side.
