Misery loves company. Until BD wins the cup I don't want to see a first time winner. I like the sound of NZ/ENG/SA being perennial failures at the World Cup. Any other team will do. Will root for Aus in a Aus vs Ind final.

I wanted Bangladesh to win the World Cup, but thanks to Tamim, Mashrafe and co, we have to wait till another 8 or 12 years.
-------
My prediction is India will win the World Cup this year. They are the most solid team at this World Cup in terms of batting, bowling, and fielding as well as handling pressure.

India. I want to be eliminated by the eventual champs.

Also, the Shaws and Pants of the world are just demonically skilled. They have it all figured out, the only surprise is why it took so long. They should be very disappointed if they don't win this cup and the next one too.

England.

Now am fully supporting England. I hope England crushes India in the semis. I have bet with this freshie South Indian at work. He seems to get triggered that I support England too. Why wouldn’t I being born here. He thinks I can only support BD as am BD origin,LOL. He forgets to realize in England there’s no discrimination like the Kashmiri students once got mobbed for cheering for Pakistan. If it was then none of the asian people be allowed to support their roots and be called traitors.

Thanks Roey.

But to be honest there are lot of question marks on middle order and team is carrying excess baggage like Dhoni

If Dhoni is excess baggage, what is Rahim then? A molotov cocktail. Should have never been past the airport scanner.

Any team that has not won the world cup yet, it will be very emotional for them winning this for the first time and great to see.

I'll be happy as long as India or Pakistan don't win. If we can't have the cup, our neighbors shouldn't have it either.

Yeah I'm salty like a pretzel.

It won’t be NZ for sure. Luckiest team ever. Got lucky against BD, SA, Windies, got lucky against India game being washedout. Had few easy games to start with.

Actually scratch that, screw NZ.

Lost to all the top teams and barely won vs the lower tier teams and yet in the semis...

If England do win the cup, it would be odd that an Irish man will be the first person to do so
