Please Pray for Musharraf Rubel

Do you remember Musharraf Rubel ? I just happens to stumble to a sad news about him in the facebook. He is fighting against cancer and taking chemotherapy in Mount Elizabeth Hospital.



He didnt asked for any donation but our prayers so that he can win this battle. Looks like he is trying to sell home/flat to finance his treatment. I feel so sad, I couldn't resist but opened this thread.




I vaguely remember him playing few national games, nothing special to remember. But looking at his facebook pictures with his friends and family, looks like he is indeed a special person.


Sometimes we are too harsh to our players for their performance, forgetting he may be very good person in real life and a very good son/brother/friend/uncle/father in real life.


I don't know him personally, but feeling sad. Please pray for him, because still miracle happen.




I didn't see any news about him in the newspaper? Did I missed it? Or he was not newsworthy person?

Last I heard he was getting treatment and it was going well.

He may be doing well, but looks like (based on his posting 2hrs ago), he need to continue taking chemo and need 50 lac taka, and trying to sell his flat.
