Will try to join. Nice effort.
BTW, KoG got a nice facelift. Saw some pics from 2002. Must be from Dhaka Club? That place is so dark, never good for pictures.

Hey emad download this song... THis is hot!
Right click and save target as.....
http://www.amadergaan.com/mp3/Misc%2...%20Krishno.mp3
Its not that hot. Could have been though. They messed it up with mechanical voice. When I listen to folk songs, I wanna a pure and raw baul voice damn it. Also they could have done it without the alicia dedication with fruity reggae voice. Stupid habib!
By the way, Raj bhai.. you are maad famous man... I didn't know that...

By the way, the show was super hit. There were lots of people and Badruddoza Chowdhury made the long awaited announcement in my room, he is forming the platform in February, which hit all news media, including TV.
Read about the news in all newspapers dated 26th. Or read them here at http://www.kobitaogaan.com/pics.php?...y%2026,%202004 .
If interested, you can listen to the recorded discussion here at http://www.kobitaogaan.com/collectio...er=KoG%20Shows .

Raj, good job. I just read a report but not the full minutes of the discusson. What is your take on how successful this new party is going to be? Why did they want a political party per se and not stay as a social forum. I do agree that one would have to elect a new set of lawmakers to break the current system - where will they find these people - or will they end up recycling the same old crap? Lot of questions...

But, honestly, it appears B Chy is trying to gather as many NRBs he can. Does it mean his party or forum will be NRB based?
Given the widespread mistrust against NRBs in Bangladesh, I am not sure how far he would be able to do.
After all, we the NRBs are concidered foreign agents (more or less).
However, I wish him goodluck ridding of corruption in BD.

I think I was not clear enough on what I am trying to do. Ok, here it goes...
Kobitaogaan.com will bring one famous person from Bangladesh each month for live discussion with expatriots. We started with the most talked about politician of current time Badruddoza Chowdhury.
Our next show will be on Feb 29. We are trying 3 famous and importent persons right now, not sure who will be selected.

I am not sure yet how successfull this party will be. What he said made sense, but we do have to read between the line. I have many questions that needs to be answered. We just have continue reading on his speaches and find more if he is the right person or not.
As for the show, you can listen to it from www.kobitaogaan.com . Just go there, click on collection, then click kog shows.
You will find the streaming audio of the show there. It might help you understand what he really wants better.
