Default 50-80 and 150-180 hurts..

Notice how Bangladesh becomes too vulnerable when they reach team total 50 runs.be it BD national team or Under 19, regardless its test or ODI. And the disaster continues till they reach atleast 80 runs. from 80 to 150 runs comes almost without fear of losing any wickets. Then again it starts from 150 to 180.

Is there no way coach players can realise that? its really hurting us

Are you talking about ODIs or tests? I haven't noticed such scores in tests, probably because we rarely score above 200 in tests. But in ODIs it's expected we lose some wickets from 150 - 180 when we're pushing for a big score.

I have noticed that BD scores much better in ODIs than tests, excluding that test match against SL last year.

i wonder why? Are they in permanent ODI mode?

Our batsmen try too hard in tests. They just overkill it by defense which obviously isn't their style.
