Glad that Junior Tamim has gotten some runs which should help him with his confidence. Great to see Litton in full flow too. Might be worth Litton going back ( retire hurt ) and give Mahmudullah a go? It’s a practice match after all and Riyad needs some game time.

hey are u gonna be in india and make videos? you shoould do that. would be lot of fun.

unfortunately i didn't initiate to go to india due school being open. Mega events should always be in summer. I didn't care about the missing some school days for last football WC though (was in november) because thats on a different level.

Why isn't Litton vice-captain or WK? Seems like Nazmul Hossain Shanto got selected as vice captain.

Hope this isn't politically motivated since Litton might be on Tamim's side.

Dominant performance. So crucial that the openers got runs. Could not have asked for a better warmup game.

Meanwhile on the other game NZ batsman are retiring themselves out at critical stages of their run chase to give as many batsman as possible a chance to bat and get some practice in before the tournament.

Also the fact that we beat Sri Lanka... The team ranked #7, only one spot above us. It's not like we beat India or Australia in the warm ups to warrant this sort of overconfidence.

Guys why don't we give the negativity a break today? Just a thought.

All forums turn toxic over time. Its an interesting social dynamic. Negativity drives away positive people, but the opposite does not occur.

Past week was deeply frustrating watching the shakib tamim saga unfold and I get the negativity surrounding that. However, today we played a great game. Our openers FINALLY got some runs and we dominated Sri Lanka. I just think today is a good day to talk about the positives and feel good! Perhaps we can get behind the team for 24 hours :-)

It’s good that the team got a win and certain key players did well.

I am pessimistic when it comes to the team, but can only hope they use this positive momentum.

Hridoy going into a shell again. He is key for the future

That would have been a lot of fun. Unfortunately we had already planned all our annual leave for the year so just having to watch it on tv. Might head to the US or Caribbean for the T20 World Cup next year though.

Hope they stop playing around with Hridoys position and just leave him at 5-6 where he has been scoring 50s.

looking at both warm up games, the pitches might be similar to eng wc, batting friendly. If Shakib plays even 50% of what he did previously, he maybe the 3rd highest scorer in wc history

Eng like pancakes gives Eng more of a chance to retain their title. Will Ind give the Englishman that chance? I doubt it..pitches I think will vary from batting friendly to spin friendly specially in Chennai and Kolkata.

I think we have NZ in Chennai..shakib+2 mahedi+nasum+fizz all needs to play with tashkin the 2nd fast bowling option. We need to target this match..NZ's recent record in icc odi championships like WC and Champions trophy is not that great against us. All of the recent matches were close ones

Effectively costing me $1.40 a month ..for all that cricket + other sports .

Compare that to 500 dollars WC ceicket package in 2003 from dish network . Amazing!!!
