My question:
Mr Siddons, you are regarded the finest non test player ever, you were a part of Shane warne's best 100 cricketers. Who do you think is the best Bangladeshi player to have not played a test yet?

Q. What do you think of these so-called talented batsmen like Alok Kapali, Aftab Ahmed and Mohammad Ashraful, who have failed to deliver time and time again in the international arena. What are your plans for them? Have you got any specific plans to make them more consistent? What do you think of Alok Kapali as a specialist leg spinner and a batsman? Can we see Alok becoming someone like Saqib Al-Hasan in the near future? Is it possible for Aftab Ahmad to become an opener in the ODI's?

Q2. What do you think of Raqibul Hasan and his strike-rate? Fans often complain that his innings pacing is too slow, how far do you agree or disagree with this? Is he in your future plans for bulding a dependable middle-order for Bangladesh in the near-future that will stop the familiar middle-order collapse that we have seen abit too many times?

Q3. Our pace bowling department seems to be on the decline and its obvious we are overdependent on Mashrafee, is there any plan to cope with this situation? What is your opinion of Rubel Hossain and his lack of control even after playing so many matches? Do you see him as a worthy replacement for Mashrafee or do you want him to come through a proper process, like make him first play in the academy teams?
