So much for faith and submission, if suicide is the way out! Has Islam taught the man nothing?

It is understood that the interaction between Jinn & Human are forbidden:
06:128 - In the day when He will gather them together: O ye assembly of the jinn! Many of humankind did ye seduce. And their adherents among humankind will say: Our Lord! We enjoyed one another, but now we have arrived at the appointed term which Thou appointedst for us. He will say: Fire is your home. Abide therein for ever, save him whom Allah willeth. Lo! thy Lord is Wise, Aware.

Allah will excuse whom He wants except those who worshipped some other entities besides Allah.
04:48 - Surely Allah does not forgive that anything should be associated with Him, and forgives what is besides that to whomsoever He pleases; and whoever associates anything with Allah, he devises indeed a great sin.
Allah knows why the person committed suicide & what he was during his life time. So He will decide. But Ammark has said it; Patience is the key to the worldly tests we go through. We pass the test of faith through patience. Suicide is like remaining absent & willing to abstain from the test; should he pass? Allah knows
treason is defined as taking hostile actions against one's community, not merely "switching allegianes". almost all countries, if not all, allow a person to immigrate to any other country, apply for citizen ship, etc. thats not treason. however, taking up arms against one's country, divulging secrets, etc are.
merely converting out of islam cannot be classified as "treason". conversion plus hostile action is, but simple conversion is not. for these geniunely treasonous acts, a death sentence is warranted.

When it comes to Euthanasia, what does Islamic teaching tell us? Is there anything definitive?
Personally, I feel that euthanasia is very similar to suicide...or perhaps another form of suicide. And so, the rules of suicide applies to Euthanasia as well.
Anyone?

Islam is definitely against euthanasia. The practice includes suicide or killing another person, regardless of whether the person is in pain or not. First suicide is forbidden as I have learned from the previous posts, that we humans do not decide when a life should be taken, only Allah can decide that, because Qur'an 2:28 says: "How can you disbelieve? Seeing that you were dead and He gave you life. Then He will give you death, then again will bring you to life (on the Day of Resurrection) and then unto Him you will return." From this verse we learn that only Allah will decide when you die.
If someone else however decides to kill someone for being in extreme pain or suffering, that still constitutes as murder/injustice. Muslims are only allowed to kill a person if an enemy comes to attack them in a declared war, so killing should only be used in self-defence. In this case killing is not used as self-defence, and we do not have the right to play the act of God, only Allah decides that as stated above.
