to be honest and from a totally neutral point of view, you guys are fk**ing this one up big time...Shakib is an excellent captain, you win some you lose some then maybe you lose some more but at the moment there is no one in your team that was more suited for this job than shakib..sacking tamim is understandable but shakib made BD look like a team worth contending with

Interestingly the little man lost the vice-captaincy reportedly for the same reason for which Shakib and Tamim have been removed -- an attitude problem.
