Player of the Tournament

"Player of the match" is the appropriate title and should be used for both men and women's games IMO.

Then why don't BCB take up those words? Ignorant fools. Why is tigercricket.com still says man of the match? How hard it is to change the MOM field to POM in the database? I wonder what was said when award ceremony went on.

but thats only when referring to the race at large...in a cricket match between women, itsounds to awkward to award a "human of the match" award and thus a MoM is dumb.
