Default Radio Bangladesh Commentary--Action Needed

Guys,

If Wisden can provide commentary without being on the grounds, I don't know why some Dhaka-based website or IT firm does not stream the audio from Radio Bangladesh on their website.

Does someone know any entity in Dhaka with the infrastructure necessary to do this? If so, I say we get our asses moving.

Default BRILLIANT IDEA!

deshitrader,

I will try to locate one ASAP. But I am a bit busy at the moment. Please give me some time.

But we have fwullah in Dhaka. She might be able to get the JDS.

Default More on this....

If this is to be done in the same way Wisden is doing (i.e. for a large audience), then the entity in Dhaka would need a sufficient amount of bandwidth and other infrastructure.

On the other hand, it could also be done on a smaller scale...for people on the banglacricket.com forum. fwullah (or someone esle in Dhaka) needs only to create a user-restricted Yahoo messenger chatroom and connect the BTV / Radio Bangladesh feed onto the microphone. Then, she can grant permission to banglacricket.com users to access the yahoo chatroom.

any volunteers to make this happen? would be great to listen to bangla commentary while clicking on cricinfo.

Default OH YEAH... SOUNDS GREAT!!!

I am sure there will be a way out.

There is no shortage of talented people in Bangladesh. The problem is, after a while they can't be located any more.

Then, suddenly, they are visible in either MIT, Harvard, University of Virginia, UCLA etc...

THIK KINA ?

NAKI A-O EKTI CHAPABAJI ??
