Gotta agree with the Doc here. Problem with Bangladeshis is most of our population is too polarized. We either gravitate to the extreme of granting Pakistan all benefits of doubt or granting India all benefits of doubt without examining issues for ourselves. No one will stand up for us, but ourselves.

Pakistan is just not safe to tour. Times have changed. Until the SL team was attacked, I was firmly of the opinion that the white countries not touring Pakistan was paranoia. It probably was. But at some point in time the threat became real.

Today, we don't know what will happen in Pakistan. NATO just killed 24 soldiers in addition to the civilians and handful of terrorists the drones kill all the time. Pakistan has decided to shut down 40% of Nato's supplies. What if the US declares (limited) war on Pakistan with "target" airstrikes? Very realistic. Our players will get stuck in the middle with no way out.

Either Pakistan hosts us in UAE, or they tour us here again. We'll split the money with them. Or they can continue to beg to be allowed to suck the BCCI off.

I won't be shocked, a few of my friends posted pictures on facebook with a Pakistani flag \ on their face and holding a flag during a world cup match. I just hope they don't support Pakistan tomorrow
