Are we a good warm up team or just Unlucky?

Anyone notice how we've played all of the top teams in the World T20 in the past 4 months or so? Pak and Aus, who we were grouped with were 2 of the 4 teams to make the semis. Ofcourse, we're in the middle of a series with England, who is thrashing around Aus in the final and is almost certain to win... We played the only other semi qualifier, Sri Lanka, just 4 months ago. Even the next best team, who just missed out on the semis, New Zealand (3 months). As a matter of fact, the only team we've played recently who werent among the best in this particular tournament is India, who is ranked 1 and 2 in Tests and ODI's respectively.

Are we just unlucky, or do we serve as an excellent warm up for these teams? Either way, at least we're playing quality teams to improve against

Go over the test ranking list and except Zim, pairing us with any of the other teams means we are destined to be "unlucky" which makes me wonder was that luck or unluck to gain test status ?

Ok, the truth is that we have very good players but the problem comes with team selection. We have many young talented players but we are not using them.

Some things JS would say:

Q: Why is Naeem in the team?
A: Because he scored a 75* against Zimbabwe

Q: Why is Riad and Mushfiqur in the T20 Squad
A: Because they can play at the strike rate of 200

Q: Why did Shahriar Nafees did not get much chance despite giving Aftab so many?
A: Because his hair is too long, and also he scored less runs in DPL than Kayes despite having a better average

Q: Why do play Razzaq in test
A: Because he is a better spinner than Enamul

Q: How come players like Rasel, Nazmul and Enamul do not get chances?
A: Because they are too old

Q: Why did the team lose every match this year
A: Because we won 75% matches last year

Q: Why don't you play Alok Kapali
A: He is too good a player. If I play him I have to remove Naeem, who will then shred tears

Q: Why do play Aftab more in tests than T20
A: He is too short. T20 is not for short people, but in test you can duck as much short balls as you like

Q: Why does Shakib always has a problem after a world cup
A: Because he cannot show his face in front of the public in shame

Q: Why do play Imrul in test and T20 despite his poor performance?
A: Because we have virtually about 5 or 6 openers in the squad. So I have no choice but to play him

A: I have no choice, this is the only way I can lose my job

A: Raqibul is a far better player than him in T20
