Default Steve Tikolo un-retires

http://www.cricinfo.com/kenya/content/story/472990.html

this is a few weeks old, but i didn't realize he's made a come back. thought it was strainge he was playing for kenya in the IC Cup tourney match against Afghanistan, but thought perhaps he's just retired from internationals.

but he's actually back, and will likely be in the World Cup.

IMO, the right decision, his team needs him already lost tanmay mishra, and if he's going to quit, he should do it after the the WC, not less than a year before.

^Tanmoy Mishra is back in Kenya & with the team now. He's fit BTW, but for some unknown reasons he wasn't selected to play against Afghanistan!

Maurice Odumbe was another special kenyan cricketer until he was involved with match fixing.

saren waters and tanmay mishra have also come back...this is pretty much the full strength kenya side now. they should return to being a top class associate side now, instead of losing to the likes of uganda.

Kenya at one stage was a descent team and was getting better but now their cricket is going no where (with or without Tikolo)

thats because their own board screwed them and i guess ICC didn't support them.

that being said, if young players like Saren Waters and Tanmay Mishra are allowed to develop, they could be the tikolo or odumbe of tomorrow.

zimbabwe was going nowhere and there were going there very quickly as recently as a year ago. now look at them.

the likes of zimbabwe, ireland, and afghanistan must be supported along with netherlands, kenya, and scotland.
