Salahuddin was in his prime during mid seventies. I believe he played till 82-83. The last game of him that I saw was in 81/82 presidents cup. I think he is currently the chairman of the national team selection committee these days. ( I might be off.. as I don't keep-up with soccer news these days)
Another little known fact about him -- He was a cricketer too. He used to play for the Azad Boys in the 1st division league.

So, who is going to play his role ? Nayok Raa junior aka bappa raj ? Jewel Rana and his gut ? Manna with all his ugliness ? Who ?
Will there be some song sequence ? Brishtitey bhiije bhije nayikar shathe naach, team er shathe pratice er shomoi naach, Sheikh Kamal and his goons Salahuddin ke kidnap korar (to play for abahani) shomoikaar Dhishum dhashum marpit or referee ke ghire dhore gonopituni ?
(on a serious note - are they going to make it like a documentary ?)
So much potential.

Movie about Salauddin is great. But, let's put this in proper perspective. He was the second best Bangladeshi soccer player of his generation. Enayet was undoubtedly the best. Just because he spent playing for a small team like BJMC (1979 Dhaka Champions) he did not get his due. Way past his prime, Enayet played for Mohammadan sporting.
