haha yeah they are the ear muff kinds (beats solo hd). Now after reading your post, I really don't think i would be able to take the train with this and even if i did, around my work.. haha.. hell no.

the thing with earbud ones is that my ear never fits them. They always fall off when I walk, that's why I stopped listening to music on the move as i always have to adjust...So i actually need something that hold over my head.. which unfortunately may seem douchy.

I am not too worried about looking like a douche, I look RIDICULOUS..... An example, imagine an old white guy (let's say john mccain) listening to rap - he doesn't look gangsta, he looks ridiculous.. that type.

i mean i can be an a*hole when necessary...(my wife, interns at work can attest to that), so i am not too worried about a bum on train...
