Mominul Haque or Mithun Ali could replace Shamsur Rahman at No. 4, but the decision to bat Shamsur at that position was made from Dhaka. Shamsur will feel he deserves another chance at a role that is not his usual responsibility.
Is this a joke?

this will be a very silly mistake if Kopa is given another chance because he clearly has no idea how to play NArayon and then got out to DJBravo, he is clearly not ready/inform.
Momin is a much better choice in my opinion.
On the other hand Razaq can be given a chance instead of Gazi, Razzaq is capable of picking up wickets against a batting side weak against spin.

Will quality match threads bring positive results?

Besides no one was interested to open one. So he volunteered.

Vua is my Moriarty and a nattering nawab of negativity at that. When was the last time you contributed to this forum in a meaningful way instead of flicking boogers at others? Stop whining kid.

With Bangladesh there is no such thing as 'driving seat'. Who would have thought we'd have to rely on our Test team to make us feel like were competing.

In interweb I often see the poster: Be kind to unkind people, they need it the most. Guess to paraphrase it: Be more supportive of bolods, they need it the most. :P

Ammujan k biryani rannar formayesh diye dichi already as we already won it, and since it's in the bag. Wish I could be even more noncomplacent.

Same here. That is the reason I wasn't surprised a bit when I witnessed Pollard and Ramdin take the game away from us.
Anyway, as for next match I hope the 4 opening batsman theory is corrected and having Nasir and Mahmudullah just does not make sense.

Mahmudullah is irreplaceable. 9 glorious half centuries from 100+ games. This game is the ideal situation for him to make half century number 10. Or we can wait another 10 games too... eto odhoirjo keno?... no need to rush him bhais

Wow the cricinfo comments are all about Mushfiq's defensive captaincy and how all the matches lost was partly his fault. The anger amongst fans seems to be growing even outside BC. Hopefully he gets sacked and we get somebody with a bit more brains.

Apparently the next logical progression after Rajib, Ashraful, Riad, Nazza is Mushfiqur now.

Oh well

The edit: Jadukor bhai do your magic and see if you can make poll dancers public. I would love to laugh at them after we win this.

I wonder if we could do what South Africa did with Graem Smith by giving him the captaincy at a young age ahead of senior players. In our boro bhai choto bhai culture I am not sure if it would be a viable solution. Anamul certainly has the captaincy credentials.
