Default We need the Observer

I bet if you took a pool of 100 of the so called best cricketers from Bangladesh, he's worked with them in way or the other. Before any of us knew who Shakib al Hasan was, the Observer told us he's was the next great All Rounder.

He's the one who brought up so many of the players of what we hoped would be termed "the golden generation"

Tamim Iqbal, Shahadat Hossian, Syed Rasel, Shahriar Nafees, Mohammed Ashrfaul, Nafees Iqbal, Aftab Ahmed, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushifiqr Rahim, Dhiman Ghosh, Enamul Haque Jr, Riyad, Nazimuddin, Nazmus Sadat, Shuvo, Nazmul Hossian, Rajin Saleh, Nadif Chowdhury

I could go on and on ...

Cricket is a game of Confidence and Smarts, he brought em both ... He knew how to use spreadsheets, he used Statistcs to fix minor problems.

He was more than a coach to them, he was a friend and disciplinarian ... to put it in shorts words he was Family!

We need him to either to Make a New Group or fix his old pupils

Very interesting. Meaning cricman bhai? Are you Armageddon? Or Observer is? Or Chiddon you are calling the Armageddon?

when BD was denied a victory by the umpire in Dhaka against england, richard wrote on the comment section of cricinfo. he was saying how could a young team win if 3/4 genuine out werent given. i was surprised to see he still follows bd cricket.

he wanted to be a coach but bcb didnt want him, stupid bcb.

i think he is coach of some woman team or something like that. we really need him. he knows how to parenting the players

sure, richard Mcinnes is a great person and he constantly communicates with our players and update their info via facebook, e-mail that i know. i think he cares about our cricket, so why not make him our main coach.

I wonder when was the last time he logged in BC. His last post I remember was in the BD coach hunt thread a few years back.

I would invite any Bangladeshi cricketer in my house for "shutki". Cricketers wherever they go will be invited to parties even if you are from another country. Only problem is in BC we talk about it like its another innings or something.

i second that ! Our players get treated better than our PM there. I may sound harsh, but its the truth. I have seen many times. This sometimes lapses concentration of our players. They are professionals, they better be focused on winning match rather than attending dawats. Seems like they are on vacation and play like Picnic match ! disgusting !
