Dada is giving more preferences over allrounders, which is obvious in t20, but if team combo still not in balace after 1/3 of the tourny he have to resuffle the combo. Moreover dada is getting in more pressure for his own contribution, may lead messing up the team performance. After the biggest away match in Delhi (point table leader), I'm hoping him to come on the ground, start focusing on blank spots and get serious as Gambhir.

Dada should drop himself, his performance has been horrible. Not sure who should captain though, but dada's performance has been bad enough to warrant a chop.

Pune made the right call by sticking to Ryder. After the first couple matches he failed, even I thought they should have dropped the fatso for Tamim. But now that he's back in form, it's paying off big time. At this rate the only way I see tamim getting any game is at the end if Pune already qualified for the playoff. Unfortunately as good of a batsman tamim is, he can't bring what Pune's 4 foreigner bring to the table, at least not yet. I think so far Mathews has been the weakest link, but he still made ok contribution. And dropping Mathews or Samuels for Tamim doesn't make sense, they both bat lower down the order plus they give Ganguly extra options as bowlers. Tamim's only way into the team was Ryder failing miserably, after Ryder's innings today looks like he'll be warming the bench for quiet a while.

^^ as i said in another thread if Wright doesnt play then they will give Ferguson a go and if Ferguson doesnt do well then its going to be Marlon Samuels and if Samuels doesnt play then its going to be some Indian player we never heard of. They dont want Tamim to play.

Luke Wright's had a good "run" has he? I don't think he intended the pun there. Must have consumed the laxative laced drink Tamim probably set up for Mr "Crossing the-Boundary Ryder"

It won't helpPune to have players of wright's class going down though-it might come down to a battle of the fittest or rather the most resistant digestive tract-and Tamim would be right up there opening for that

Plus "he's struggling" is he-hardly thought he was out of form with the runs he's getting

none of this players concern tamim, they play in the middle order, tamim's rival is ryder if he doesn't fail consistently tamim wont have a chance

Yes but people are saying that Tamim will get a game though the exclusion of Luke Wright.

They have some good players in the top already. I dont think they will go for TIK right now. I wont be surprised if they pick Samuels again. He was doing a decent bits n pieces job for Pune (hah)

Dada will always slip himself into the no. 3 position.
