Well. BCB hasn't come out refuting the newspaper articles. In this case silence would lead to finger pointing. And we have but BCB to point at.

This is very irrespnsible on BCB's part. Agree with cougar that until BCB comes out and sets the record straight they'll continue to be tried in the court of public opinion. And the verdict won't be pretty.
