Default Admirable Khaled Masud

Pilot-this is the name of a Devotion actually. Someone with very high determination, foresight, courage, consistency... and not to mention his 'caring big brother' role to the whole team, specially on the ground. Below is the theme-translation of his reaction about his first test Century in an interview, which gives some insight on how he actually thinks of the game:

Quote from the Article
"I would rather say it was a surprise! Even on the very morning of that day I had not thought that I would make it. My only plan was to stick to the wicket. I had faith that all the partners with me -Rafiq-Tapsh-Tareq-were all good batsmen! They can support me. The team was in trouble and all I thought of was that I will stick to the wicket one more hour, then two more hours again... and this took me very close to my century. But I was never nervous after my ninety as many others often are! Rather what I felt was that the team is already out of danger and it wouldn't be a very big deal if I got out now. But at the end I did get a bit cautious to try for it... but never took any extra pressure thinking about it seriously! I knew if I was to have it, no one could stop me. It's surely a big delight to have the first Test-Century but what delights me most is that I could stick to the game-plan for the team and could bat through all the way!!"

Good Soul ! Hats of to the nice guy!!
I wonder if he has any more depth or devotion to reach before he can be called a 'Great' in our cricket!
I'm sure the 'game-plan' he is talking about here is much figured out by he himself and surely he judged the circumstances very very well and molded himself completely to suit that! And this he has been doing for the team throughout his whole career! No wonder he is such a good Motivator in the team as well!

We do need this kind of motivation among other players in the team as well..
