Should we care about Asia-Africa match, and should it be given Intl. status?
My feelings are in the negative on this one. This match was a farce, in my opinion. A waste of time. The players themselves saw it as "practice" - nothing more.

If the naswer of the question is yes than the words in braces should be againest No and vice versa. My answer is no but I wonder where should I vote as the wordings in the braces are just the opposite.

In terms of level of seriousness, these matches are on par with picnic cricket. Real practice matches are played more seriously.
These useless matches doesn't deserve international status. If Ashraful and Mashrafee weren't selected, then I wouldn't even bother to know the result of yesterday's match.

i don't mind to be honest...
but the super series shoul have never been given test status.
unlike odi matches,,,test match has a long traditional history.
test status should only be given to matches played betwenn two nation.

I'm sorry, are you asking me to stop bashing Ashraful? I don't recall doing anything of the sort! I think Ash is a good player, and encourage him at every opportunity.
This thread is not relevant to Ash's performance - in this (meaningless) Afro-Asia cup, or any proper BD series...

No. Why should players stats be affected from games that deep down they couldn't really care less about?
The actual series is just a money spinner, but for a good cause (African cricket) so I don't have any real problem with the series taking place, it should just be treated as nothing but a bit of fun though.
