Encouraging. That India does'nt execute people left and right unlike some countries.
Never works and it never will. The sooner judicial killimgs are banned the better.

As an interesting side note, there is another article that talks about the executioner, apparently his grandfather was the execuitioner of Surya Sen. Below.
