Zoom should be a better option in most cases provided that citycell and grameen networks are same in the zone you are using internet.

This lead me to eventually connect with BTCL ADSL.
Very good service I must say. At first, it took a while for the line to be connected and get up and running, but since then, it has been pretty good.
Thumps UP for BTCL.

Govt to auction off 3G licences
Tue, Aug 9th, 2011 2:02 pm BdST
Dhaka, Aug 9 (bdnews24.com) — The government will auction off 3G telecom licences to operators. Press secretary to the prime minister told reporters that the decision had been taken at a high profile meeting.
According to Abul Kalam Azad, the decision came from a long discussion at that meeting on telecommunications chaired by Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday.

Brother this service by BTCL is not dedicated. The charge for dedicated connections in BD is around 24 thousand per month for per Mbps connection.

Sagor bhai,
that speed is amazing, but can you also give me a speedtest using a New York City server. Ping should be about 199ms from Dhaka. I would like to see if there is a speed difference with offshore server and one located in BD.
